Holley 80541-2 650 CFM Oval Track Carburetor

$1,799

Holley Carburetor, New — Holley 80541-2 650 CFM Series Oval Track, Square Bore, Mechanical Secondary, Dual Feed. It utilizes Holley’s HP New Aluminum main body, 650 Holley HP base plate, and Holley HP NASCAR Approved metering blocks. Features: All-aluminum construction saves 3.2 lbs over original models. Designed for oval-track racing with oval-track primary & secondary wedge floats and dual 30cc accelerator pumps. NASCAR-approved metering blocks. Internal baffling helps control fuel slosh and minimizes float-level fluctuations in hard launching or cornering. Integrated idle bypass bleeds allow idle adjustment while maintaining the correct throttle-plate-to-transfer-slot relationship. New modified boosters on the 650 maintain a strong fuel signal and are gauge legal. Fully adjustable external linkage for progressive or soft-progressive throttle activation. Knurled primary and curb-idle screws allow easy idle adjustment without tools. Clear sight windows on the sides of the bowls for easy, safe fuel-level adjustment. Contoured high-flow hex-head squirter screws for streamlined airflow. NASCAR primary and secondary wedge floats. All-new fuel bowl design: completely redesigned aluminum bowl built from the ground up for racing, with clear sight windows for safe fuel-level adjustment, a contoured entry that provides smooth fuel flow directly to the needle & seats, and material added in key areas for added strength in the demanding race environment. CJR Performance Carburetor ships carburetors only after they have been thoroughly run-tested and adjusted on a typical engine. Engine testing all carburetors prior to shipment ensures that when a new CJR carburetor is bolted on an engine, it will start, idle, and perform up to the customer’s expectations. However, sometimes a little more fine-tuning is necessary because the customer has a fairly radical race setup with a big cam and lower-than-typical intake vacuum, or the carburetor is not properly sized for the engine it is being used on.
