Carburetor, New — Holley 4412-S CT 500 CFM Stage 3 Series, 2-Barrel, Square Bore, Single Feed. The metering-plate mounting surface has been milled for a better gasket seal, and this carburetor will pass all gauge tests. It is built on a new Holley casting that provides an additional 5–8 HP over the standard 4412 casting. This 500 CFM carburetor has a 1-3/8 in. venturi and a 1-11/16 in. throttle plate, and uses the Holley HP 3-hole emulsion metering block. It will pass tech gauges and produces great torque and horsepower, making it popular on NASCAR Late Models and IMCA legal. The carb has "List-4412S" stamped on it and looks stock. The "CT-Series" was designed with the racer in mind, featuring a clean idle, crisp throttle response and killer acceleration. Features: Removable air bleeds are available on all stages and installed in the main body. The metering block is selected to a CJR design based on your engine combination. Matched boosters are installed, then aligned and centered in the venturi for the best flow and signal, with the booster design chosen for your engine specifications and balanced and modified for increased signal strength and atomization — providing crisper throttle response and driveability along with increased HP and TQ throughout the rpm range. Floats are modified based on the application (Circle Track Float 116-13 and .130 Needle & Seat Holley 6-515). The carburetor is assembled using only the highest-quality components, including reusable gaskets for ease of tuning and service. All body surfaces are machined for maximum gasket sealing, ensuring consistency and reliability. All components are vibratory tumble-polished and dichromate-coated for a brilliant high-gloss gold finish. Metering blocks are hand-selected, with all circuits and passages checked for casting flaws, obstructions and proper sizing. The booster venturi is centered for increased airflow as well as better signal strength and atomization. All metering passages are balanced, then resized and modified for an optimum fuel curve — including the high-speed air bleed, idle, idle air bleed, main well, main well exit, power valve and transition circuits — using the Holley 3-hole emulsion metering block (NASCAR Rule Book correct). Will pass all NASCAR Go/No-Go gauge tests. All CJR Racing Series Carburetors are dry air-flow tested at 20.4 in. (4 bbl) and 40.8 in. (2 bbl) on a Jamison flow bench using the latest Audie Tech software with a 2 in. open-hole spacer. To confirm the correct fuel curve and air/fuel ratio, all CJR Pro Series Carburetor research and development is run on a Super Flow 901 dyno.
